📅 Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report any issue and request a return or refund — for any reason, including but not limited to:

• The item doesn’t fit
• You changed your mind
• You received the wrong item

📩 How to Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer support at info@gloriouchmerch.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Provide clear photos of the item you received.
3. Wait for return instructions — please do not send items to the address listed on the package or website, as this is not our return facility.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

🎯 Eligible Products

• All items are eligible for return, regardless of reason.
• Returns are accepted for any reason, including size, color, or personal preference.
• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

🧵 Made-to-Order Products

Although our products are made to order, we still accept returns within the 14-day return window.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review order details before checkout to avoid inconvenience.

🛠 Sizing & Fit Issues

Our garments are designed with extra seam allowance to allow easy alterations.
If your item differs by more than 1 inch from the ordered measurements, we may offer a partial refund to help cover local tailoring costs (receipt from your tailor/seamstress required).

🎨 Color Variations

Minor color differences caused by screen or monitor settings are normal and expected.
However, if the color significantly differs from what was ordered, you are eligible for a return or refund.

❌ Final Sale Items

Some products may be marked as Final Sale. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
Final Sale items will always be clearly labeled on the product page.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size or item, simply return the original purchase and place a new order.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the issue

We will promptly offer either a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.

❌ Order Cancellations

• 0–24 hours after order confirmation: 90% refund
• 24–72 hours: 80% refund
• After 72 hours and before shipping: 50% refund
• After shipping: Orders cannot be canceled
