Shipping Cost
Shipping is free for all products.
Delivery Terms
The estimated delivery date is indicated on each product page.
Delivery times depend on handling time and transport time for each product.
Handling and transport days refer to business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Same-day dispatch applies to orders placed before 2:00 p.m. GMT. Orders placed after this time will depart the next business day.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on the logistics company and local conditions.
If there are any delays or incidents with your order, please contact us at info@gloriouchmerch.com. We will promptly verify the situation with the logistics partner. You will be notified of shipment departure via email, and most couriers also send an SMS containing your tracking number.
Order & Shipping Notifications
Order Confirmation
After a successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
Departure Confirmation
When your order is ready to ship, we will email you the tracking number and the courier name.
Shipping Confirmation
Once shipped, you will receive another email with tracking details. The courier may also notify you by text message or phone prior to delivery.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, contact info@gloriouchmerch.com immediately after purchase and request cancellation.
You have a maximum of 3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Once a package has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
Inspection Window
Customers have 5 days from delivery to inspect all items and accessories.
After 5 days, the shipment is considered accepted, and claims for shipping-related damages or missing items may no longer be accepted.
Which Courier Do We Use?
Domestic (USA): USPS, UPS, or FedEx
International: BorderGuru or DHL
Courier selection may vary depending on destination and service availability.
Tracking Numbers
Yes — once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
If you do not receive a tracking email, please contact info@gloriouchmerch.com.
Note: Weekends, holidays, and severe weather conditions are not included in delivery estimates and may cause delays. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during business hours.
Signature Required
For security purposes, Gloriouch Merch may require a signature upon delivery and/or add shipping insurance to domestic orders.
Non-Delivery Scenarios
1) Non-Delivery Due to Erroneous Address
1.1 Address Verification
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please verify the recipient name, street address, city, postal code, and contact number.
1.2 Responsibility
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer assumes full responsibility.
1.3 Reshipping Fee
If the package is returned to sender, a reshipping fee will apply. Payment is required before reshipment.
1.4 Refund Deduction
If reshipment is declined or a correct address is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued minus:

any shipping costs incurred by Gloriouch Merch (if applicable), and

any return or reshipping fees charged by the carrier.
2) Non-Delivery Due to Buyer Absence
2.1 Receiving the Delivery
You are responsible for ensuring availability to receive the package or assigning an authorized recipient.
2.2 Delivery Attempts
Couriers make reasonable delivery attempts and may leave a notice or attempt contact if delivery is unsuccessful.
2.3 Rescheduling
You may reschedule delivery directly with the courier, subject to their policies.
2.4 Reshipping Fee
If a package is returned after repeated failed delivery attempts, a reshipping fee will apply.
2.5 Refund Deduction
If reshipment is declined, refunds may be issued minus any shipping or carrier-related fees incurred.
